Timberline Community Club is a private recreational community located near Packwood, Washington in the Cowlitz Valley. 

• It is situated on over 1,600 acres of forested land in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, at an elevation around 2,000-3,000 feet.

• The community has around 700 memberships that have access to the amenities, which include a lake, hiking trails, horseback riding trails, RV campgrounds, and cabins/vacation homes.

• Lake Ivanhoe is a 40-acre private lake within the community that allows fishing, boating, and swimming for members.

• There are over 30 miles of hiking and horseback riding trails winding through the forests and meadows of the property.

• The community operates seasonally, with the main season running from around Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend when all amenities are open.

• It's located off State Route 12 about 15 miles northwest of the town of Packwood in Lewis County, Washington.
